Xbox one x shows no signal on TV

Do you know where i can go to get it repaired? i lost the little sticker that goes with it. maybe i can somehow screen share to something then get the number off of there so i can ship it? i dont know Ive seen peopls doing somerhing like that i thought

I've had this occur and usually just turning the TV off then on with the remote brings the screen back as it should be.

Other than that, a power cycle of the TV and console should restore picture.

Dont forget to check your cable! See if it is plugged in properly or if its a bad cable or bad port.

I've used the same cable. On multiple devices that would accept other devices but the Xbox one x.

A Nintendo switch is connected successfully with a cable to the tv. I've switched it to the Xbox one x but the tv doesn't recognize a signal.
