Xbox One X sent for repair but has come back with the same fault - refund help!

Do all games crash?, the refund can only be made by the retailer, you can contact amazon tho and see if there's anything they can do, just check if in your amazon's order history there's a "closed refund gap" in you purchase of the xbox.

Hey if i may ask what was happening to your Xbox with the. Dashboard? Im no expert but i think i may have the same problem as you!

You can contact support through http://support.xbox.com/contact-us (they do not use email), but for a refund on the console itself you would have to contact the retailer you
purchased it from.

Hi,

Only Amazon can give you a refund for items sold by them. Under UK consumer law, it is the seller's (in this case Amazon's) responsibility to arrange for repairs or refunds. This does not mean you shouldn't have sent your console to Microsoft for repair/replacement,
it just means it may not have been the quickest route. But, only Amazon can give you your money back, not the manufacturer.

It may also not be your console at fault here. Have you checked your plugs or power extenders? Have you tried to plug your console directly into the mains? Do you have the console in an area with enough room for it to have access to decent air-flow?
