Xbox One X Scorpio buzzing when connected to power; shutdown follows

So this morning I have come to the discovery that my Scorpio wasn't turning on when connected to power. I unplugged then replugged the power in and then came an internal buzzing sound from behind the ethernet port. Once I turned on the xbox, the buzzing intensified before coming to a cessation when the xbox "crashed" (light off, controller flashes, & buzzing stops) After this, the xbox cannot be powered on again until the power cord is disconnected and reconnected, but the buzzing resumes, and the cycle repeats.

Any idea what this is, and how to fix it?

Edit: The buzzing occurs regardless of any other cables connected, only the power source is connected at the moment and the buzzing is continuing.

Edit 2: No disc in the tray.

I don't think so, so I might have to schedule a repair, but there wasn't an issue yesterday, so I was pretty concerned.

Unfortunately, the issue comes overnight hahaha always. But yes, might be or the power source or the cable, the ideal thing here is to take for a repair, so they could analyze your hardware, just to make sure everything else is alright.
