Xbox one X riddled with errors - need help with warranty

Hi,

Since I bought my Xbox one X at the end of February 2018, I've had all sorts of issues with it.

First of all the controller wouldn't connect properly - I tried everything but eventually gave up and bought a new one which worked fine. Very annoying but problem solved.

Second Issue has been reoccurring inconsistently. I have a bad feeling there is a problem with my HDD reader - when I play Fifa 19 (I use a disc) it always crashes when I go into a game. I've done everything I can to try and solve this, restart, reset, re-install
etc, but there must be a hardware issue. So basically Fifa is unplayable.

Third Issue is that sometimes my Xbox doesn't start up: System Error E105 000000000 8007045D. 'Something went wrong'. Great.

Because my Xbox is literally a mess, I thought it's probably best to look for support. As I bought it less than a year ago (please see evidence below) I thought It would be within the warranty period. However, when I input the serial number online, it says
my Xbox is 'Out of warranty'.

I've tried so hard to contact customer support but I haven't got anywhere at all. Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.

site.

Unfortunately, the screenshot I tried to add of the receipt didn't upload, but I bought the Xbox on Feb 17th 2018.

It may be an idea if you bought it at a retail store to take it back there reporting the issues & seeing what they'll do about your issues as a first port of call as most places will offer a standard 1 year warranty as it sounds like you've already tried
everything I'd have suggested.

To be completely honest, I don't have a clue what this is so I highly doubt it! I appreciate your help though.

Also a good idea - thanks. After doing some research, Argos may replace the Xbox but it's incredibly unlikely. I'd somehow have to prove to them that the product was faulty when I first got it. However, it's pretty disappointing that I'm having such an
issue getting support from Microsoft. I wouldn't be surprised if they kept me waiting until the warranty is actually over and then offered 'support'.
