    Wondering about redeeming Xbox rewards

    A few days ago I downloaded the Microsoft rewards app onto my Xbox and saw a promotion for 50,000 rewards points for buying an Xbox one X and I was wondering if I would be able to redeem those points because I had gotten an Xbox one X for Christmas

    I have contacted rewards department they no help and i have try to redeem on my xbox one x and one s and my phone keep getting problem with account or order on phone and get unable to redeem due to risk on xbox

    Have you used that form? People who have this problem submit a form from there and then they are able to redeem after they fix the problem for you.
