    Xbox One X restarts randomly when playing back video, or messing with settings.


    Been having problems loading videos ex: the January Gold games video on the dash and changing settings ex: Deleting local saves for 360. The Xbox will go black and then restart, I've tried power cycling it and doing a soft factory reset but neither have
    done anything to the problem. I don't think it's overheating issues as I can play games for hours with no problems it just seems anything with the interface will cause it to crash. Any help is appreciated.

    Hardware Info Xbox One X console, Microsoft Brand standard wireless Controller, 4TB USB External HDD.

    The saves are on the external as far as I know, the video is on the dashboard for talking about the upcoming January free games with gold.
