Xbox one X - Reset counter Home Xbox

Recently, I have bought a Xbox one X. When I tried to set the new xbox as my Home Xbox, It said that I needed to wait until 29-04-2018.

I wanted to share my account (which has the season-passes for the games) with my father, but because I've already shared 5 times, that is no longer possible.

Could you please reset the counter?

Home Xbox switch counter reset?

So I've switched Home Xbox 3 times between my friends. I know that you can only switch home Xbox 3 times but how do you reset the home Xbox switch counter? I know it isn't my friend that has to reset his counter because I am the one that can't change my
home Xbox. Not even to mine.

 

I share "home xbox" whitn my cousin. And i cannot play fifa 18.

You can only change your home xbox for 5 times in one year.

Sometimes this counter can be reset by official support.

 

You will need to contact support and see if they will make an exception and reset your home xbox change counter.

 

Make sure your new console is registered before contacting support by following the instructions

here otherwise they wont grant you a extra change.

 

Just an FYI - the console does not need to be registered. The Home Console feature is for the account itself.

You get 5 uses of the Home Console feature and there's one reset that support can do. After that one reset is complete and the customer uses the last 5 remaining, the customer will see the date of the next available reset.

And that was noted by the customer "I needed to wait until 29-04-2018"

Support does not have an override after that 1 time reset.

You can't reset them yourself. You need to contact the official support at Contact Us | Xbox Support and hope that they make an exception for you and grant you one additional Home Console change.
