    Xbox could be turned off or i could be in the middle of a game and the disc tray will ejecting and reinserting the disc over and over. HELP!!!

    Thanks for trying. To further isolate the issue, could you please try a different disc? It may be an issue with a specific disc only.

    The issue started on sunday, the eject button doesn’t seem to be stuck. The console is on a flat surface. I will try the factory reset and give an update

    When did this issue start to occur? Please inspect your console's eject button if it's somehow stuck or the button has an issue. Make sure that your console is placed on a flat surface.

    If the issue is related to its software, I would advise you to perform a factory reset. There's an option to keep your games and apps.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    Select Reset console.
    On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”
