Xbox One X randomly turning on and eject noise

I have noticed in the last few weeks my One X has started to randomly eject discs, turn itself on, and also repeatedly make the bell sound for no disc insertion even when the button isnt pressed. If I have a disc in and am playing a downloaded game it will
sometimes change randomly to the game on the inserted disc which is very frustrating.

I have tried a full reset and other fixes such as clearing persistant storage etc but it still makes the bell sound randomly even when turned off.

Has anyone else come across this with the One X? I have seen it reported for the One but no one has a One X specific problem that I can see.

Do you happen to have instant on set to on? If you do then that can cause your Xbox turn on so that it can download updates and games.

The above suggestions cover all the logical reasons, so just one other thought - do you have it connected to a smart TV? I've noticed that since buying a fairly new Samsung, my Xbox occasionally turns on and off etc depending on what other apps/commands
I'm using on the TV...

Seems unlikely given the downloaded/inserted disc issue, but figured it was worth mentioning in case it's a remote control button stuck rather than on the Xbox/controller...

I've checked some older threads for people having the same issue, the answer given was to clean and ensure that the eject button isn't stuck in or anything which may give the button a chance to think it's being pressed, and turn on power saving mode in order
to minimize the chance of the Xbox turning itself on. Alternatively you can completely isolate from the power (unplug) and this will solve the random turn on. Sadly won't help random ejects during the games though.

Thank you for replying! Yes I do have my Xbox plugged directly into the wall.

My last Xbox that I had last week wasn't , it was plugged into an extension outlet but it seems with either option I go for the results ended the same.

And I also just made a post on the preview forums. Hopefully everything turns out f
