    Hi, on the 6th May I purchased an xbox one x through the microsoft store on my xbox one, and haven't received any points for it yet. I don't know if it is baecause of the changeover to microsoft rewards, but can you tell me if I will be getting points? Any

    Well, that's just fantastic, I've had surveys about receiving points from software and hardware, microsoft pages saying getting points from games and hardware, not to mention I paid more for a basic xbox one x than I could have got a bundle for from Amazon
    in order to receive points. Along with the game pass codes not working because I am already a member, it does seem that it's screw the member at this point. Please understand there is nothing personal intended here, you're just doing your job, but surely you
    can understand why I'm more than a little salty.

    Hello Br1aNbEaR,

    Smwutches is correct. However, you may have confused our program with Microsoft Rewards, since you mention getting points for hardware. Xbox Live Rewards and Microsoft Rewards are not the same programs.

    That part I understand. But the deluxe edition that was purchased has a digital xbox one version and xbox series x version with the purchase. So why can't I have them both install. I have an xbox one and x.

    Depends on what you are trying to purchase. With credit under your account you can purchase xbox one x games, movies or songs

    The Xbox One S is a variant of the Xbox One console. Xbox Series X/S is the newer generation of consoles. Xbox Series X/S enhanced games are only for the newest consoles not the Xbox One S. You would need to purchase the Xbox One version of the games not the X/S version of them.
