    Hi

    i have purchase an Xbox one x and have been having problems with it starting. when i turn it off it goes to an error (something went wrong screen. i recently turned it off and tried to do an offline update which was a terrible idea. after that happened without
    updating an error 101 appeared. when i try to restart it back to factory specs an error 102 comes up i would really like help this is extremely frustrating. is there any way that i can fix this problem or is this just a lost cause problem?

    factory reset Xbox one x and problem still there. Played on Xbox one s and no problems with any controllers. Taking Xbox one x back and sticking with. Thanks for everyone's help. Please close the thread

    Xbox Series X / Xfinity Hotspot / Stopped Working

    This problem is absolutely just an xbox series x problem. I have 2 other xbox consoles hooked to xfinity wifi. I have a one and one x hooked to it with no issues but fpr whatever reason the series x will not load the login page.
