    Xbox one X Problems


    Hello

    I have tried to update the xbox and set it to factory settings and it will not go to the xbox main menu. I tried all the steps I could find on xbox support and nothing worked and then it said the console needed repair. then i tried to order Service and repair. everything
    was smooth untill step 3 then it said: (There are no delivery options related to the selected type of problem / accessory.) and i dont get why?

    if you can't set up a repair for some reason yourself, then you should be able to contact Xbox Support (by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) and they should be able to set up a repair for you.

    This problem is absolutely just an xbox series x problem. I have 2 other xbox consoles hooked to xfinity wifi. I have a one and one x hooked to it with no issues but fpr whatever reason the series x will not load the login page.
