    Xbox one X problems


    I just bought an xbox one x, i set it up and it worked normally, after 50% way through the initial setup i kept losing connection to my wifi so i decided to choose the turn off consol option so i could go to work and when i come back it would turn on for
    a few seconds and then turn off. Ive tried power supply resets. Using different HDMI cables and about 4 different tv's as well as switching from power bars to outlets. I also have tried it in other buildings and at this point im at a loss for options except
    for opening it up. But i should not have to after i just bought the xbox one.

    factory reset Xbox one x and problem still there. Played on Xbox one s and no problems with any controllers. Taking Xbox one x back and sticking with. Thanks for everyone's help. Please close the thread

    This problem is absolutely just an xbox series x problem. I have 2 other xbox consoles hooked to xfinity wifi. I have a one and one x hooked to it with no issues but fpr whatever reason the series x will not load the login page.
