    Xbox one x problem


    Having a problem with out xbox one x. First the games wouldn't download or update & then it stopped turning on & showed a system error. Eventually had no choice but to do a factory reset. That worked for about 6 months. Then the screen wouldn't turn on. We couldn't even see an error code so we left it for about a month. We turned it on in Feb & it worked again for about 24hrs & then failed again. Tried to do factory reset twice but it didn't work. Then turned it on but shows a different system error everytime it's turned on. The latest error code is -

    E102 00000C01 80070003.Any advice/help is appreciated. Thanks

    factory reset Xbox one x and problem still there. Played on Xbox one s and no problems with any controllers. Taking Xbox one x back and sticking with. Thanks for everyone's help. Please close the thread

    This problem is absolutely just an xbox series x problem. I have 2 other xbox consoles hooked to xfinity wifi. I have a one and one x hooked to it with no issues but fpr whatever reason the series x will not load the login page.
