    Xbox One X problem.


    I bought my son an Xbox One X for Christmas, when I was downloading games the download kept stopping, now I'm stuck at a troubleshoot screen, I've done the offline update like it said but that hasn't helped and I'm still stuck on that screen. When i try
    to do a reset that just takes me back to the same screen. My son is gutted, can anybody help me?

    factory reset Xbox one x and problem still there. Played on Xbox one s and no problems with any controllers. Taking Xbox one x back and sticking with. Thanks for everyone's help. Please close the thread

    Xbox Series X / Xfinity Hotspot / Stopped Working

    This problem is absolutely just an xbox series x problem. I have 2 other xbox consoles hooked to xfinity wifi. I have a one and one x hooked to it with no issues but fpr whatever reason the series x will not load the login page.
