Xbox one x problem

    Xbox one x problem


    This is my second Xbox one x in the space of 18 months as a replacement for my other with the same problems.

    My Xbox just seems to crash all the time (every ten minutes) then I turn it off and back on and it just shows error codes. The code is different most of the time mostly 105 then I have to wait about 30 mins to get the home screen back on just to just
    go through the same thing.

    Here’s where the difficult problems are I have tried contacting I explain the problem they ask for the serial number. Then they call tech support leave me for 5 mins then just hang up I call them again asking for a reference number so I don’t have
    to explain the situation every time and they dont do that just hang up on me.

    I’m sure they have blocked me from being in contact on Xbox.com because the call me back hasn’t worked since i last called them.

    It’s still under warranty I have checked.

    Just want a solution

    I’m stuck now

    controller on xbox one x

    factory reset Xbox one x and problem still there. Played on Xbox one s and no problems with any controllers. Taking Xbox one x back and sticking with. Thanks for everyone's help. Please close the thread

    This problem is absolutely just an xbox series x problem. I have 2 other xbox consoles hooked to xfinity wifi. I have a one and one x hooked to it with no issues but fpr whatever reason the series x will not load the login page.
