xbox one x problem

only just got the xbox and the first time I booted it up it was fine I had everything set up as normal, then when I went to go back on it during the day it makes the noise to say its on then shuts off 2-4 secs after. please help????

Having lip sync problems on my Xbox one. Out of interest does anyone get the same issue on an Xbox one x playing blu ray and 4k blu rays?

Do you have it flat or vertically? If you don't have a stand I suggest you lay it flat, the console takes in air from the sides for the liquid cooling.

 

Mine does that occasionally. Try following the steps in this guide Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console, if that doesn't work I would take the console back and get a replacement if it is newly purchased

 

This is the best advice. I wouldn't to-and-fro with it. Just exchange it. There shouldn't be any noises and it shouldn't shut off like that.

Honestly, you just got the console and its doing this, take it back to the store ans get a replacement. No need to give yourself a headache with something that is brand new.
