xbox one x problem

Hello

so for the last couple of weeks i’ve had a problem with my xbox one x console... it all started last week when i was playing a game as usual and this error appeared that xbox has got a problem syncing game data and not long after that the console would
turn off by itself...

after i turned it back on and started the game it was lagging and audio was out of sync and it turned off again... so i contacted microsoft the said it’s cause console needs an update so the suggested to reset the console to factory settings which seemed
to fix the problem..till 3 days ago it happened again, and now they want me to ship the xbox to them... does anyone have any other ideas how to fix it? or is the console just faulty should i maybe go to the shops first where i got it from and try to get my
money back?

Having lip sync problems on my Xbox one. Out of interest does anyone get the same issue on an Xbox one x playing blu ray and 4k blu rays?

Do you have it flat or vertically? If you don't have a stand I suggest you lay it flat, the console takes in air from the sides for the liquid cooling.

 

The fastest way to get yourself a working Xbox would be to check the shop you bought it from first. You may have gotten a defective console, so see if you're able to return and exchange. Otherwise, the official troubleshooting steps from Xbox Support will
point you to submitting a repair order on the console (as a last resort option if no other troubleshooting method works).

It sounds like you have a system error with your console (e.g. "E100", "E105", "E200", etc...), perhaps from a failed update installation. When that happens, you're stuck on a screen that asks you to either factory reset the console
or perform an offline system update with a USB drive. If neither option fixes the problem, you'll need to get the console replaced or repaired.

When you update your console, I recommend you use an ethernet wire connected directly to your modem/router/gateway so your connection is 100% during the download. I've noticed that some people get these errors when they try to update via Wi-Fi, which can
occasionally drop the signal and corrupt the update.
