Xbox One X problem

Hello,

after approximately one hour of gaming on my new Xbox One X which I've got for a review, the game suddenly started to flicker on random places of the screen, I know this might sound a little bit vague or hard to picture, but I can send you a video for a
better visualization of the problem, the static photo at the bottom does not ilustrate it properly, but it is visible. The TV is fine. I've already tried changing the HDMI cable and the problem occurs even after changing the resolution from 4K to lower options
(1080p, 720). The flickering does not occur on the dashboard, only after starting games (Forza Motorsport 7 and Shadow of War). Please, help me.

Xbox One Blu-Ray Player, audio and video out of sync

Having lip sync problems on my Xbox one. Out of interest does anyone get the same issue on an Xbox one x playing blu ray and 4k blu rays?

Do you have it flat or vertically? If you don't have a stand I suggest you lay it flat, the console takes in air from the sides for the liquid cooling.

 

are you running the games off a disc or from the hrs drive? If you look at my post about problems with Xbox one x Blu-ray playback I post a link to a video of it happening . This morning I returned it to the store and got a new one. We are coming up on
30 days since November 6th so you should just bring it back and get a new one .

I think there is a issue with the 4k Blu-ray drive , or the Blu-ray player app (which doesn’t apply to you) but if your running the games or actual discs it maybe the drive and get it back to Gamestop or wherever while your still under 30 days.

 

Thank you for your comment, I own digital versions of the games (Forza M 7 and SoW). I made a phone call to Microsoft's technical support in my country and not even them were able to tell me precisely what might be the cause of the problem, saying only there
seems to be some kind of a defect in my console's hardware.
