    I noticed the crashing a few weeks ago while playing non-beta Minecraft multiplayer in a private world. My entire Xbox would crash and full shut down slowly. I can't even remember if there were any dashboard crashes, if there were it was few. It started becoming very consistent and I figured it was a Minecraft problem. When Gears came out I started playing that heavily and the crashes were much less frequent, however, they still occurred in campaign and online. Dashboard and full crashes.

    Now I've been playing the Modern Warfare Beta and I get dashboard and system crashes very consistently. My Xbox was updated this morning and I'm still crashing but I can't tell if the frequency is the same. The option to upgrade my insider console status to Beta just opened up so I am in the process of updating. I'm not sure if that'll affect the crashing.

    Side note: In hindsight I now realize I was getting dashboard crashes, but never full system crashes, while playing Fornite about a month ago. That had been happening for as long as I can remember and I've always been a part of Delta preview. I assumed it was a Fortnite issue but may have been tied to the insider updates.

    Anyone with similar issues? Suggestions? Thoughts on joining Beta build?

    You don't want the update. Internet Explore is worth the consistant crashing, dropping of parties, launching apps automatically and not loading the full dashboard. It is worse than ever. You don't need it, trust me.

    The current Xbox One Update Preview rings are:

    • Alpha – Open on an “invite only” basis and receives updates at the earliest point in the preview window.
    • Beta – Open to Xbox Insiders with a Program tenure of 3 or more months and an Xbox Insider XP Level of 5 or higher. This ring receives updates shortly after Alpha.
    • Delta – Open to any Xbox Insider with a tenure of 1 or more months that has reached Xbox Insider Level 2 or higher. Depending on certain edge cases where further attention is required from Alpha or Beta rings, Delta Insiders may receive
      system updates before Beta, though this is not a common scenario. Additionally, while early system updates are not guaranteed across the Delta ring, all Delta Insiders will receive the update prior to GA.
    • Omega – Open to anyone and receives system updates shortly before the GA (General Availability) release.

    These are the latest Xbox OS and also the Beta, Delta and Omega rings of Insider Preview Program are also on the latest release
    to General Availability builds.

    Youtube Crashing

    I noticed this happening on my system a couple days ago also. I am a preview member and also joined the new xbox one experience (the big dashboard update that comes out next month). When I launch youtube one my system the box crashes and I have to turn it
    back on. I was curious on if it was the app or just my system so I logged in on my brothers system who does is not in the preview program at all and it loaded just fine. In another thread an official support member mister beep said that it is related to the
    preview program and the windows 10 dashboard and that they are aware of the problem and working on a fix.
