Xbox One X - Powering off after a few seconds

I've heard of this happening to a lot of xbox one s it's a common problem with either power supply or motherboard, if it's the latter its probably not fixable unless you're good with electronics.

As the other ambassadors are telling you, contact to Support ( https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us ) so they can fix it for you.

But just as a last check, the console is connected directly to the AC or are you using a dongle Splitter? If possible, try to connect your Xbox with a different AC cord, just to check how it behaves.

It can be a power supply, yes, probably is. But one thing you can try is to put some compressed air into air vents. Maybe it is a fan and the box is overheating. It is just a few seconds and can be power supply, but you can try, don't you?

pretty sure its the power supply as well. Definitely cant repair this on your own so contact Xbox support ASAP for a repair request.

if the cost is high, consider instead getting an All Digital Xbox (assuming you dont have a lot if physical discs)

fill out a repair form so you can get it repaired by a professional team.
