    XBox One X Possible Failure - E102, E106


    Hi All,

    I was playing a game last night and received the dreaded "your saved games are corrupted" error and the error message asked me to clear local saved games. I did this and my XBox One X reset and booted straight into an error screen with a E102 error. I had the option of starting the troubleshooter so I tried both factory reset options, firstly trying to keep settings and games, then a complete reset. Both options have failed with an E106 error.

    I have tried using the MS Startup Error Troubleshooter and nothing works, the XBox keeps rebooting to an error screen.

    I know I cannot use an offline update because I am in the insider programme, but is there anything else I can do apart from send the xbox back to MS for repair? I have looked at the insider wiki and I cannot find anything.

    Thank you for your reply. We have done that and it goes right back to the error screen with with a new error code we have had e106 e102 e101. E101 is the last one we got after doing the offline update
