Xbox One X party chat disconnected

I am havkng the same issue after the uodate 2 weeka ago.

Yea sorry man. Your modem might be already set to auto dhcp reservation which in this case you scroll down the list of all devices and just find the IP thats reserved for your xbox. You just want a reservation so that your IP that your modem gives your
xbox never changes. You want it to never change since DMZ hosting is set per IP and not per device. You can google how to make a dhcp reservation but at least on my modem the auto ones are turned on. As long as you keep the DMZ set to you’ll be golden. Best

This....for the love of god, can someone explain why this just randomly happened? I'm sitting in the same boat paying for a service I can't access.

C110Z guy. Log into your modem. Under advanced go to UPnP. Disable the bottom option the “UPnP NAT -T”. Apply. Then go to dhcp reservation and make one for your xbox. Give it whatever IP you desire. Apply. Go to DMZ hosting and choose the IP you gave your
xbox. Apply. Wait 60 seconds after everything is done applying. Unplug your modem. Unplug your xbox from power. Boot the modem back up and wait until you have internet on other devices. Plug xbox in and connect. Test and let me know how you make out. Had tried
this this evening with my self and two buddies so far on centurylink. Were all good to go now. Best of luck! I tried everything but disabling that UPnP NAT T settings with no avail.
