Xbox one x not working with Sony htzf9

Just upgrade from Sony 790 soundbar to Sony ht htzf9. Can't get the hdr or the Dolby atmos to work. Dobly atmos onyx works when I change hdmi from enchanced to standard. But Ps4 works fine . Replace all hdmi cables . Still have same problem of sound
fade in and out . Plus screen going blank . Any fixes?

I have tried thst too. Since only works with no Hdr

Thank you for reaching out! I'd suggest you try performing a
factory reset on your Xbox while keeping your games and apps to make sure this isn't software related.

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.

Please note not all hardware is compatible with our system, but we need to make sure this isn't the case. If you notice anything else, be sure to let us know.

I swith out all my hdmi cables to monster ultra 4k cables from walmart . Now everything working fine .

I tried it twice and still only work on standard not enchanted .

Here is a recent thread on someone having similar issues with Dolby Atmos. I do see where someone mentioned the Dolby Atmos app available in the Microsoft Store.
