Xbox One X not turning on - Havent used it for 6 months

How and where do I contact Xbox for a paid repair as my device is out of warranty?

I recently bought an XBOX One X and it worked fine for the first 6 months. I turned it on last week and the HDMI output is not working anymore.

i cannot to that.

• The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
• The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

The problem is i havent used x-box then and since then till now.

all the purchases ive done i have done throu the ingame store

i dont have / havent used multiple accounts

did not ever used any promo codes or any similar things

no refunds either...

I havent been subscribed to xbox live for longer than 4 month, it think its something between 6-12 months the last time I subscribed to Xbox live.
