    Xbox One X not shutting down 100%


    So since the last Skip Alpha Update, my Xbox One X is not shutting down 100% after choosing power off witj the controller. The Xbox light on the console keeps flashing and wont fo out unless i push and hold it to create a hard shutdown. Other fellow gamers experiencing this?

    So as posted above bud, The best course of action if you have done the factory reset and all other troubleshooting would be either to
    Contact Us or go to
