    Hi, i cant book in my xbox one x on the support page for repair.

    Keep getting error messages.

    I have changed my xbox one x for 2 times... this is my third and wheni play woflestein 2 or vermintide 2 all are loud, high pitch sound.

    Sorry my bad english, but i just want to know if it's the normal or if i'm unlucky and i find 3 of them noisy...

    How i can buy a fan less noisy? it's not important for me to lose warranty i want to resolve because i can't play in this state.

    Ps4 pro it's the same but when i buy xbox one x i want superior cooling and silence, i mean 500 euros for this kind of device it's ridicoulus.

    I can send this one to repair too, but my question is:

    How much percentage i have to take another lemon?

    If you cant request a repair, you need to make that request through Phone or Microsoft Support Chat option at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    I suggest that you say to them that you cannot request the repair from the request repair option.

    A bit confused mate have you had your console back since the repair? Noisy fan will be dust collection over time normally

    Warranty for Xbox headset

    If it is an official Xbox One headset (Made by Microsoft), then log in on https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices register it, and book it in for repair. As it is out of warranty, then you will be charged for the repair.

    If it is a 3rd party (Turtle Beach, Hyper X, etc, etc), then goto the 3rd party website and book a repair from them.

    Squeal and Heat

    Got same problem with noisy drive/fan (inaudible during gampleay). As this my 2nd unit I can compare to the previous one and I am sure that the first one was dead silent. I am replacing it again.

    Get it replaced and not repaired!
