    Xbox one x no signal help


    When I was playing red dead redemption in 4k mode the screen flashed multiple times with no signal, but the picture came back after the 3rd time. Not after the 4th. I'm now permanently stuck with no signal, I have tried different cables, power cycling,
    I'm at loss please help.

    We are sorry that you have this experience on xbox

    Have you already configured your TV to 4K resolution?

    Is the cable you are using the same one that comes with the console?

    If you have additional problems to that and you think it may be the console you can send it to warranty on xbox
