Discus and support Xbox one x no image in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Hi , i am trying to help a friend who did bought a xbox one x recently and now , she can't play because no image .     Hi , i am trying to help a friend who did bought a xbox one x recently and now , she can't play because no image . I did make her hardreset her console hold power button til it shut down , unplugged it for 3 minutes and turn it back on . NOTHING !

    So i did make her do this again hardreset but this time , i asked her to turn it back on hold power button and eject button ... hold them button first beep , don't let go keep holding til you hear a second beep but no 2nd beep after 10 seconds like it supposed to and the power button does not flash either . So not working too !

    She change hdmi port on her tv and set it up with the right imput ... still no image ! I asked her to look into those hdmi ports and cable as well to see if it's dirty or dusty and she said no its clean !

    So now , i don't know how to help her anymore .

    Any idea ?

    You said Xbox one series X. Xbox one is a separate counsel from Xbox one X or Xbox series X. Only Xbox series S and series X can run goat simulator three. Does your console look like this?

    Hi there,

    as far as I know the standard warranty on an Xbox One X is 1 year from Microsoft (depending on the region/country it might be longer) so any repair and sending it in should be free (as long as the warranty seal on the console hasn't been broken) and you
    are in a official Xbox supported region.

    Regarding the issue, if you have tried any step available on
    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/tv-or-monitor-screen-is-blank-while-connected     then there is no other option then setting up a repair request to have it fixed and sending it in.

    Thanks for your reply WPAK, my warranty is still valid, but i forgot to say, I bought my Xbox One X in USA and I'm from Mexico, because of this my warranty here is valid but the price i have to pay for a repair is $5000 MXN pesos, around 200 dollars and
    I can't afford that, its practically new the console and its unfair I have to pay that quantity just for the region I bought it.

    If you know anyone in the US that you can send the console I think they should be able to arrange for the console repair under warranty for you.

    I can't get jedi survivor to work on my xbox one x it says it isn't compatible I have a Samsung 4k qled TV can you help?

    xbox one x is not supported for this game, it has to be the SERIES S or X.
