Xbox One X Network issue?

So I recently got the new Xbox One X and ever since I've noticed that I have to reconnect to Xbox live after every startup. It won't let me connect to it manually through the Xbox I would have to disconnect my hard wire and reconnect it then I'll be connected
to Xbox Live. And it's like this every time I turn on my Xbox. How do I fix this?

Network transfer issue: consoles alternating between found and not found

Hello.

Having issues with network transfer.

With both my original Xbox One (original) and my new Xbox One X (X) being checked to allow network transfer, initially, the original could not be found by the X, but the X could be found by the original on the network transfer page on the settings menu.
After a power cycle on the original, both consoles could find each other and I initiated a network trasfer form the original to the X. However, all apps and games had their installations stopped and unable to resume or try again. I then veryfied that neither
console could no longer find each other on the network. I tried another power cycle on the original, but that did not work the second time around. I also confirmed that the connection was all good.

Please advise.
