    Xbox one X menu


    So my xbox one x menu is acting strange. Instead of the grey and the green I have selected it's fully black and light blue, options that I can't do like invite all to game instead of it being grayed out the text is green. And the on/offline icon on friends arnt green when on they are blue. I've tried hard restart and normal restart but it hasn't changed anything. And the same issue is with the dashboard, but it doesn't follow into games. Any suggestions??

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Is this only happening with your Xbox One X menu? How about with games as well as streaming apps?

    If this is only affecting your Home dashboard kindly perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.
