Xbox One X login error 0x80a40010

I have last two days 0x80a40010 error trying to login onto my Xbox Live account from Kiev, Ukraine. It looks, like all ukrainian users got the same trouble.

There is no any answer from support on all recommended support channels, including Twitter. No answer from direct Microsoft support.

I wonder what is the problem? The console is not usable now.

My xbox account isn't working

I can't login or add Xbox account to my Xbox one X, I have 0x80a40010 error . All advices on Xbox page isn't working for me, can you help me?

i live in Iraq me and many of my friends have the same issue , some people in Turkey reported the issue as well so far nothing from microsoft

Hello Sorry for the inconvenience as the error states it can be a connectivity issue or Xbox live issue have you done all necessary troubleshooting for connection which you can find here multiplayer
connection also this network settings.

Let me know if this helps Also if you can connect please post your Nat type download speed .

I try to remove my account and after restart and when I want log account I see same error again and cannot sign my account please help me
