Xbox one x locks up

Recently my xbox one x started locking up and freezing after starting cod cold war. It locked up so bad I decided to reset my xbox and start over. I reloaded all my games and the system now locks up and freezes when I try to start any game. I have lowered the resolution and cleaned the dust out. It is still locking up.

Please help!

I think there's a problem with your console. If you already reset it removing everything (games and apps) and it is still crashing, I'd recommend you to ask for a service.

I think there's a problem accessing the console internal storage on digital games. If you do not have any external storage to test, the only way is to ask for a service. Please refer to:

The games are stored nternal. I just tried a game that I had on disk and it worked just fine.

I do not have external storage. All games are loaded on the system internally

Are all the games installed on the Xbox internal storage? Or some are on internal storage and others on external storage?

Can you test games on other drive/storage to see if the issue happens with them too?

What do you mean by locking out? It shuts down, freezes or the game closes?

Also, when you said you reset your console, do you mean a factory reset keeping games and apps?
