Xbox one X - LG OLED 55 E9 - No 4K

I have an LG OLED 55 E9 and have purchased an Xbox one X yesterday and for the life of me, I am unable to get the Xbox to recognise that the tv is 4K enabled. I have used 3 different 4K cables (including the one that shipped with the Xbox) and used all
the ports of the TV during my testing. I have also enabled the HD Deep colour option for the HDMI port used but still no dice.

Both E9 and Xbox have their latest firmware updates.

Oh wow.

Have you played around with all the TV settings in the menu?

Also make sure you have the HDMI connected to the output and not input on the Xbox.

My only other guess is to do a complete hard reset of the Xbox, use the HDMI cable that came with it and try that. If there is a secondary HDMI port for input, give that a go.

Also, this is what I see in the TV resolution menu. When I select auto-detect, it changes the resolution to 640 x 480 and the only way to change it is to select HDMI and have a maximum resolution of 1440 dpi at 60hz

I have the same problem with my LG OLED65B9PSB and still I don't found any solution, but according of your experience I think ask to LG the previous version of the firmware of the TV.
