Xbox one X launch failure

Hi, my xbox one x been real slow recently and now I cant log onto into becuase when I boot it up it comes up with a troubleshoot options for error code: E102 00000C11 80070003. I tried all of the troubleshoot options execpt factory reset with removing everything
(which I dont want to do, because I have got 60hr+ of games downloaded) I did factory reset with keeping my games and apps but after pressing the option twice and it not doing anything the option disappeared.

Anything I can do outside erasing all my progress and games?

You're also more likely to hear about a failure than not in regards to anything, because people don't speak out when things actually run well. Personally I've had 1 Xbox 360 fail out of 2 360s (it was 2-3 years old), an Xbox One received on launch day, at Xbox One S, an Xbox One X, and now an Xbox Series X I've had since launch.

Hey, thanks for the tip but I tried everything multiple times over and it always ends up on the same troubleshoot screen where nothing happens even when I press "reset to factory settings", it just resets itself and back to the troubleshoot menu...

dear sir, nature of your error you can see here. Maybe that can shred some light on the issue. Hope the box is under warranty. Thank you for bringing this to

Unfortunately it is not under warranty, however, I bought it in July last year and where I live, in UK, there is a law which states that all products that enter a UK market are under a 1 year warranty dictated by the governement, so as it did break within
that 1 year time frame, the should repair it free of charge.
