    Hi,

    All of a sudden in the last 3 weeks my connection has been terrible. My latency when running the network test in the Xbox settings says my wired connection has a latency of 60+ but when i go to the internet explorer on my Xbox and run a speedtest im showing a ping of 20.

    It’s made playing online games very difficult as im always rubber banding and lagging ridiculously.
    Is there any idea on what could be causing this? Is it internally on the Xbox One X? I can’t think of a reason my latency would show different values on the same console

    Hello Laurie,

    Going to throw this out there as to it may be a cause. Have you just tried getting a different router like an upgrade. Previously at my household we were running with a router that would not support more than one Xbox and PC at the same time. Just trying
    different things seeing how you have done a lot of troubleshooting already. If you have tried one I am sorry and I will keep looking for help. Have noticed myself though lately that connection to Xbox servers has been little slower than usual lately.
