    Xbox One X keeps crashing, will not turn on after power cycles, blank gray screen often...


    In August of 2019 I bought a brand new Xbox One X. It worked fine at first but for the last couple of months it often freezes, crashes, and will not even turn on. More often than not it will work for about an hour, start lagging, freeze, then ultimately
    crash and the only option I have is a hard shutdown. After completing a power cycle I will attempt to turn it back on and either a blank gray screen will appear until I turn it off again or it will not turn on in general. I am trying to get in direct contact
    with Microsoft but it seems their customer service is not available. If anyone has any ideas, that is not a power cycle or 30 second reboot, I would love some advice. Also if anyone knows the phone number for Xbox support that would also be great.
