Xbox one x keep disconnecting from live/WiFi

My xbox one x is about one month old and it keeps randomly disconnecting from xbox live/wifi. If i go offline and back online, the problem goes away for a few hours or days. Everything else in my household works fine including the original xbox one thats
in the same room... My current network status states nat type:unavailable, xbox.com/xboxone/teredo, service info is unavailable when i have issues. I might just return the xbox one x and get a playstation 4 pro if i cant resolve the issue.

Try resetting your router and see if that will help with the connection.

Yes tested with a ethernet cable and see if u still have issues

Try using wired ethernet to connect your console to your network hardware.

Check with your ISP to see if you have IPv6 available to you.

Restart your network hardware before turning the console back on to re-establish internet and XBLive.
