    Hi, I have the Xbox One X. I started to have issues where I could not start any games and it would always give me an error code 0x8007045d. I contacted Microsoft Support and they had nothing for me. Now I am having an issue where the xbox processing is
    really slow, such as loading after turning on, starting any games (if they even start), I have also tried an assortment of trouble shooting and nothing works, such as factory resetting, soft resetting, power cycle, clear cache, remove my account, remove alternate
    MAC address, consistently restart xbox. The main game that I am trying to download and play is Call of Duty Modern Warfare, but it does not seem to work even though I have disc and seems to "lock" up the xbox. I need help ASAP!

    Borderlands Game of the Year Edition

    Looks to be an issue with Borderlands GOTY only on the One X.

    I've been playing it on both my Original One and One X and it shuts down randomly only on the One X, with absolutely no issues on my original Xbox One. Others have the exact same issue over at the gearbox forums.

    Are you on an Xbox One X, by chance? There were some known issues in Metro Exodus with crashing and freezing on the Xbox One X, sadly. Hopefully these issues will be getting patched very soon.
