Xbox One X Issues

Anyone else less than pleased with the "support" offered by Microsoft?

I drove an hour and a half to a Microsoft store to have my Xbox One X looked after having multiple issues with it (several different startup errors, wouldn't download anything, wouldn't let me sign in) because the website stated they could replace it in
store if needed. This was after following the troubleshooting steps provided on the site for each error, none of which fixed the issues.

I get there, and the gentleman who helps me states that the process I went through (resetting the console several times) is basically what he would have done to troubleshoot, and stated the only option he had was to send it out seeing as he didn't have any
X's is stock. Even paid the $10 for express shipping.

Wait two weeks to get the console back, and the lovely little letter provided states they reset the console to factory, which is what I've already done multiple times. Set it up, plug it in, hit the power button and IMMEDIATELY get another error message.

Restart the console, seems to work.

Download a game and start to play it. Suddenly the video starts to cut out. Then all at once the screen goes to static and the Xbox freezes. This is less than 15 minutes after getting it out of the box it was shipped to me in.

Restart it once again, and it works for roughly an hour. Then the controller disconnects, it freezes, and shuts off within a span of 30 seconds.

$500 on the console

$70 on a headset

$150 on a Pro Controller

$30 on a charging stand

$10 for Game Pass

And I can't even use any of it. Add to this the $40 in gas to get to the store and back and $10 on shipping.

To say I'm livid is an understatement.
