    Ok guys in desperate need of some help with the xbox one x console. This is my second one in twelve months and the new one is having the same issues.

    Just so you know, we have two xbox's,

    a one s which has no issues and works perfectly. The kids use this one

    And the one x which i use, doesnt start up properly. I have assigned all the same network settings the only difference is, it is setup to auto sign in with my profile. Im guessing there is a system operating software or hardware issue as it will not auto
    connect to the internet wifi or wired connection. And thereforewont sign in to xbox. I will have to restart the system several times just to get it to work. This isnt right, and im over it. I have tried to contact Microsoft directly and i get no where. Someone
    has to be able help surely

    Just not been an issue with my original Xbox one, Xbox one S or Xbox one X. My S is in alpha and X is in alpha SA.

    Borderlands Game of the Year Edition

    Looks to be an issue with Borderlands GOTY only on the One X.

    I've been playing it on both my Original One and One X and it shuts down randomly only on the One X, with absolutely no issues on my original Xbox One. Others have the exact same issue over at the gearbox forums.

    Are you on an Xbox One X, by chance? There were some known issues in Metro Exodus with crashing and freezing on the Xbox One X, sadly. Hopefully these issues will be getting patched very soon.

    Nothing to do with servers, it's an issue with the xbox one x only, others with one x have same problem
