Xbox one X issues after updating

Ok, xbox one x switched on and it ran an automatic update, went ok, but after shutdown, when restart, it failed to start, tried to reset, wouldn't start process, tried an offline update, that was successful, but again after shutdown and restart error E105,
tried reset error E101. Re applied offline update, success, but now i fear the same will happen again if its shut down

Is this a common issue, any ideas of t he cause?

update it started the offline update, stalled with an error E102, restart and it resumed the overall install process from 72%, now reached 100%, now setting up again

Arranged for return under warranty, just to recap, it wont update online, it will update offline, then after no other issues playing games etc, will restart if set to always on, it wont restart after a full shut down, the xbox one x intro movie doesn't
play, goes straight to trouble shoot screen.

And again failed to restart!

I am having this same issue. Mine started about a week and a half ago, soon after the latest OS update to my series x. similarly, it works fine with my hotspot. My family has a Xbox one, and one x, which are having no issues, but my series X is having issues. I’m guessing it must be a bug in the operating system, but please keep the thread updated if you find a solution!

Did a lot of testing it's definitely not the TV, I have no issues on PS4, PS5, Xbox One X but only with Xbox Series X and only after the last update. Really hope this gets looked at. Also it happens always after the same amount of time, roughly 10 minutes.
