Xbox one x is showing a no signal screen

I tried this and still am getting "no signal" on t.v.

First I'm sorry you're having this problem.

Try the solution below please be aware that this is a factory reset, however, you may choose to keep your games and applications.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

*Select the option to keep your games and apps.

Hey gds1972?.. Umm... I forgot one more issue.. Another annoying as well.. Sometimes my Screen loses signal of my Xbox One X and unfortunate I have to disconnect & Reconnect the cable every time it does that or Full Restart the Xbox
One X which again.. It's not the System fault but it's one of the ways for the signal to recognize it again..

HDMI cable doesn't work keeps coming up with no signal

have tried changing HDMI cords and have done a hard reset of the Xbox one X but nothing seems to work

one point I did manage to get the screen up but it had these red static like lines across the whole screen then it went back to no signal

Hi. I can't access any of these links. I have looked at my signal and when I select a network and it shows Zero or One bars but there is no alert of any problems . For example the Red X which shows poor signal.
