I don't recall if paypal is available in India. If it's available you need to register an account created in India, this means that you need an ID for that country as well

Not available in India either. Any idea when the app will be available?

There's a chip shortage at the moment due to the pandemic so there is limited stock of anything that uses chips,not just game consoles.

Best thing to do is to look into signing up to somewhere that informs you when stocks become available via an app or email if you have anything like that in your region.
