    I cant add my friend on battlefield 2042

    xbox series s and x are crossplay with pc, xbox one is not as stated in all of EA's documentation, they stated that xbox one and ps4 are not crossplay with pc but they are with each other, only those on pc, xbox series s/x and ps5 are fully crossplay, this is why you cannot invite each other.

    Hello, The awsner to your question may be that one of you are on Xbox Series X/S and the other is on Xbox one. This is a issue because one of you may have a certain version of the game installed. If that isnt the awsner delete the game and tell your friend to invite you. Accept the invite and install the game from there, This only applies if one of you has a different version of the game, Try this method on both you and your friends xbox.
