    Xbox One X initial setup "There was a problem with the update" 0x8B10000B 0x00000000...


    This is the second time i post this, and I'm not alone in this issue that has not been reported by microsoft, and even an agent has closed my post WITHOUT a solution.

    So, I just got my Xbox One X today and the first time I turn it on to setup it asks me for an update and gives me this message:

    There was a problem with the update

    Source OS: 10.0.17763.3062

    Target OS: 10.0.18362.6065

    Console ID: -(I assume not relevant)

    Error Code: 0x8B10000B 0x00000000 0x00000204

    I've already tried to restart it, to connect to a different wifi, to unplug wait 10 sec and turn on again, but nothing solves the problem.

    Help?

    Each time I reboot or try and sign in the error code changes? Has this happened for anyone else?
    Same problem. No help from Microsoft. Error code is not found.

    These microsoft [Mod Removed - see Guidelines] cann tell you whatever they want.

    Fact is that there is nothing wrong with your console or your internet. Microsoft is having downtime today just like 3 days ago. They make you pay 50€ a year to “play” online. Whenever there is downtime or problems they just lie. 👍

    if you ask for a refund or at least something to make up the downtime, they tell you gently to

    [Mod Removed - Profanity]. When i have to wait 15 minuts extra for my burger at a local place they give me a free coffee or desert.
