  1. Xbox One X, I have to reset the cache often

Every few days our Xbox starts having issues loading games. The only thing that resolves the issue is clearing the cache. There is obviously something wrong with the Xbox One X as there are a lot of people reporting the same issue.

Has anyone who's had issues with the cache tried replacing the hard drive to see if that resolves it? I'm hoping some has tried this and can report if it fixed the cache issues or not before I go ahead and try.

Please don't respond by telling me how to reset the cache, do a factory reset, or re-install the latest update from usb. I have, like hundreds of people before me, done all the above. It's only a temporary fix, I'm looking for a permanent fix.

    Thanks.

    :)

According this support article xbox X power works worldwide

Quote" The Xbox One S and Xbox One X have an internal power supply that works in all regions worldwide. If your console won't turn on, it may simply need a power reset. Often, power issues are due to the power supply resetting after a power surge.

Making my Home Xbox not working.

I have this exact issue. His is my setup:

My son has a One S

    I have a Series X

I was able to set the One S as my home xbox

I added his account to the Series X. Went to setting and then to my home xbox. At first, it is checked, then I get the circle, and the check mark is removed. Click on make this my home xbox on the Series X using his account, the circle spins, and then back to the "unchecked" box.

Checking his (One S), my account still has that xbox as my home xbox.

Reset networking, reset MAC address, flushed ARP cache on my switch and router, restarted all of those devices, and reset the Series X (both hard power cycle and factory reset). No luck.

Is it due to his account technically being a Xbox One profile and mine a Series X?

Also, my son's account is a child account but, unrestricted.

The factory reset seems to have worked after the cache clearing didn't. How often will I have to do this, for the unit is only a month old and it had begun doing this pretty quickly. Thanks.
