Xbox One X hdmi not working and microsoft cant even provide a support number, what a joke

Hardware issue with Brand spanking new xbox one X and Microsoft cant even provide a support number. Instead they make me post to a forum to talk with gamers about it. WHAT A JOKE COMPANY. I had a hardware issue with my Playstation and got someone on the
phone within 10 minutes.

Dont trust Microsoft to look out for the hardware they supposedly support.

Going through the same issue with my One X right not, ridiculous that I can't get a number to talk to an actual person, forums and online chat not working to resolve issue

I've gone through most of the answers and none of them offer a call back option or even an online chat with a real person. Please screen shot the steps you took or at least a shot of it working today for proof please
