Xbox one X having issues with NAT/Connectivity

So i have had my xbox one X since launch. About two months ago my ISP (comcast) sent me a new router touting new speeds or whatever. My ISP plan gives me up to 150m which is decent. Prior to receiving this new router, my connection was great. After installing
this router, my X has gone from an Open NAT to moderate to strict almost daily. Whenever i check my connection within the xbox settings, it fixes itself. It is very frustrating and i am not sure if i should opt to call my ISP (they would charge me for service
call), find some way to get a wired connection and hope my internet issues disappear or just give up and deal with it. It is ruining my gaming experience. Games like rocket league, call of duty, forza horizon 4, ESO, and smite are games i have recently played
where i get random lag spikes (presumably when my NAT freaks out). Or i get removed from a xbox live party due to connection issues. Simply put, i want this to be fixed and i do not know where to begin. Any tips or help would be highly appreciated.

Strict or Moderate NAT after opening the ports and placing it outside the DMZ solved

One thing that I found is that if you are using a modem / router configuration is that if your modem is set to mask your I.P. address (private instead of public) that you may still see NAT issues. What I have found is that by switching to a non-masked I.P.
(WARNING: you lose a level of network security by doing this) and by placing the X-Box outside of the NAT firewall (DMZ) that it cleared up ALL of my X-Box connectivity issues. This also solved my X-Box One NAT issues as well.

It sounds like you are having connectivity issues. Try disconnecting your internet connection and reconnecting.

If that doesn't work have a look at your nat type. Sometimes when it is set to strict it restricts your downloading capabilities.

I have changed the settings. However i am waiting for a few days to see if the severity of the issues return. Yesterday i did lose connnection in an xbox party and was kicked from ESO as well as experiencing some lag in a rocket league match. This did
occur less than usual though.

 

I been haveing same thing net lost geting kick out games net is messing up.

 

Wifi sucks.

Wire it. Also your max internet speed is unused without a wire, I get less than half my rated speed through wifi

Without ports open youll have moderate or strict nat 99% of the time

wire my xbox because i have done all the port forwarding stuff, hard reset my internet and xbox and im still having issues..Its actually so frustrating at this point that i would pay to have this fixed for me because i am at a loss. "

static IP for the console using this link. You can also port forward as well if you want a better connection.

A network port lets your Xbox One console communicate with the Xbox Live servers and other Xbox One consoles over the Internet.

To let your Xbox One console communicate with Xbox Live, you might have to open or forward ports, which means you'll be making a configuration change to your firewall or network hardware, such as a router.

Didnyou tried deleting the mac address and restart the console?!?.
