    Xbox One X Gold is not responding


    My Xbox One X turns on and the display stays the typical Xbox grey background for a while. It comes to a problem menu and asks to either restart and update or just restart, when I press restart, the console makes a beep like it’s going to turn off and restart but doesn’t. The console doesn’t respond to the controller and stays on the screen.
